SJ Adams is a multi award winning Entrepreneur and brand owner from Huddersfield West Yorkshire with nearly 40 years of handmaking experience.

She has been enjoying creating her own organic, natural and chemical-free skincare since 2020 when her desire to explore alternative natural health and beauty options grew. As a result, in May 2024 she launched the most wonderful range of handmade 'Skinfood' products from a selection of rich plant butters and oils.

Her Skinfood range is made from nothing but high quality pure plant-based natural ingredients and is handmade, organic, chemical-free and family friendly. It embraces all of the health benefits and handmade charm that is now so greatly sought after by the growing numbers of people who resonate with her love of toxin free daily skincare.

SJ’s complete daily face, shower and moisturising skincare routine offers a natural solution to an array of common skin issues such as sensitive, dry skin, eczema and acne but equally you don't have to have any issues at all but just simply love the feel of quality toxin free ingredients on your skin.

Furthermore, the entire creation journey of their products from start to finish is hand processed - They are made in small quantities to maintain quality and freshness which means that they can supply their customers with fresh skincare products that have been handmade, hand wrapped and hand finished (yes she even handmakes her own labels and tags!) with care, attention and most importantly, lots of love.

Although, she can’t take all of the credit though, her 17 year old daughter has also played an instrumental role in getting this venture off the ground – she provided the maths brains SJ needed to calculate her formulas and work out her costings. And whilst they’re only just a few months in, she can honestly say that she is proud of what they have achieved so far!
